A German WWII ship's aluminium binnacle compass by C Plath Hamburg. Thought to have been removed from a German World War Two warship, with an engraved brass ring, numbered 3181, and with Kriegsmarine eagle and swastika, and further engraving, the compass contained under a glass dome, finished in battleship gray, height 120cm.This has not been recovered from the sea.There is no information regarding which Third Reich vessel this came from.The glass dome is cracked but appears to be very solid/stable.The compass is present but we can not state that the whole is complete.

A 9ct yellow gold Masonic reversible ring, the swivelling oval cartouche set with a set square and compass with blue enamel, the other side vacant, size R, approx. 7.3g.Condition Report: Pins on swivel mechanism are loose but secure, the enamel cabochon is intact but does show light surface scratches. The band also displays light surface scratches. Makers mark indistinct, appears to be five characters with the second character likely a letter 'A'.
