Thought to have been removed from a German World War Two warship, with an engraved brass ring, numbered 3181, and with Kriegsmarine eagle and swastika, and further engraving, the compass contained under a glass dome, finished in battleship gray, height 120cm.This has not been recovered from the sea.There is no information regarding which Third Reich vessel this came from.The glass dome is cracked but appears to be very solid/stable.The compass is present but we can not state that the whole is complete.
