RAVEL MAURICE: (1875-1937) French Composer. An excellent A.M.Q.S., `Maurice Ravel´, one page, 4to, Brussels, 27th April 1923. Ravel has cleanly penned a large 6 bars of music on two staves, which he identifies beneath as being from his composition `Sonate pour Violon et Violoncelle´, also annotating the tempo `expressif´. Very small minor age wear to the edges, otherwise VG Ravel composed his Sonata for Violin and Cello in 1920-22. He dedicated it to Claude Debussy who had died two years earlier in 1918.

The lion mounted pill box - the hinge pin is sticking out at one end and there is significant wear to the plating.The pig vesta - the head does not sit quite flush to the body. Remains of cleaning fluid throughout.The pig brush - ears are bent over. Tarnished all over.The violin / guitar vesta - has remains of cleaning fluid, etc.All have general wear and tear to include ligth surface scratching, etc, conducive with age and use.
