Circa 1919, Marked to back of head with S & Q intertwined, Germany, 201 (Mold number for infant dolls) Comprises composition body with bisque head, sleepy blue paperweight eyes, feathered brows and open mouth with two front teeth. Original ash brown mohair hairpiece. Clothed in a later polyester christening gown. Some damage to body, arm missing.
A Collection Of Victorian Miniature Antique Bisque Dolls Four in total, believed to be German in origin, all comprising composition bodies with bisque head, arms and legs. To include boy and girl in traditional alpine style dress with original blonde mohair hairpieces. Also a slightly larger female doll with recessed eyes, red felt skirt and lace bonnet. Finally a small boy in navy sailor dress with luxurious blonde hair, blue eyes with painted top and bottom lashes and hand painted rosy cheeks.

Germany 551./5.', open mouth doll, cloth body, 23 inches, eyes working, together with another Armand Marseille bisque head doll, inscribed to back of neck 'Armand Marseille Germany 590 A.9.M.', open mouth, revealing four teeth, open and closed eyes, fingers and feet appear complete, 24 inches long. A bisque head doll, Germany: Kammer & Reinhardt, circa 1912, composition character doll with articulated limbs, bisque head impressed '36, KR, 100' (somewhat loose), painted hair and blue eyes, and slightly open mouth, dressed in an over-sized cream cotton gown, doll dusty and gown discoloured, length 33cm (13ins), together with twenty-four other dolls, including costume dolls, some broken, various sizes, and some dolls' clothes, plus several other toys and games, including a boxed Priscilla Doll Sewing Set, a boxed Brownie Scout Paper Doll, and a small toy metal cooker in original box (latter broken), plus a late 18th/early 19th century framed sampler (worn) This is the first doll in the 100 series of character dolls made popular by Kammer and Reinhardt.
