Two German Armand Marseille bisque head dolls, one marked 390 to the back of the head, having sleep eyes, open mouth with three teeth, and composition body, measuring 55 cm tall, the other being a 520 composition doll with moulded hairline, blue eyes, open mouth with two teeth and soft body, measuring 40 cm tall.
Armand Marseille 992 bisque socket head doll, with sleeping blue eyes, open mouth, blonde wig on a bent limb composition body, papier mache bent limb baby doll, two Teddy bears, dolls clothing, assorted white linen and textiles etc (two boxes) . Head appears ok, no cracks just scuffing to the end of her nose and damage to the eyelids, her finger ends and toes have been restored/painted and body scuffed overall.

Hugo Wiegand, Kader - Two German made dolls. A Hugo Wiegand bisque head doll unclearly marked to the rear of the head '2054 HW 4X Jubilee'. The doll which appears to be in Good overall condition, has open eyes and mouth, on five jointed composition body which has some cracks to top of torso, plus cracks and damage to hands; together with a plastic Kader doll with weighted eyes, and appears in Very Good condition. Armand Marseille, Roddy - Two vintage dolls by Armand Marseille and Roddy. Lot includes a believed to be a 1910, 67cms in height bisque doll marked 'Armand Marseille Germany 390 A 8 M 11' to the back of the head. The red haired doll has weighted eyes, an open mouth, nine joints on composition body which has some repair work to base, and wears a pink and white stripped dress, with necklace and bracelet; plus a Roddy vintage vinyl doll measuring approximately 34cms in height. Armand Marseille - A pair of Armand Marseille bisque dolls believed to both date circa 1930's. The larger doll measures approximately 46cms in height, has five joints on a cloth body, weighted blue eyes with open mouth and trembling tongue, and is marked to the rear of the head ' AM Germany' and appears to be in Very Good condition; the smaller doll measures approximately 30cms in height, has weighted brown eyes, an open mouth on five jointed composition body. The doll is marked to the rear of the head 'AM Germany 318 / 1K' The doll overall appears to be in Good condition overall with some cracking to the rear of the torso and wear to arms.

As you can see in the additional images the dress is rather dirty with multiple tears to the folds of the skirt and wear along edge frills etc. The white linen under skirt has many small holes all over. Bisque doll with painted features- good overall condition. Her head is a bit wobbly but still attached. Clothing also in good overall condition.Small bisque/composite doll- eyes still open and close. Her composite limbs are dirty and some very small chips to fingers. One foot has been off and re-glued, other heel has a chip. Knitted dress is discoloured and some of the stitches have come away to form a hole on the front.

The wax head example has head split into halves with further surface wear. The fabric doll has abrasions and scuffs to face, has had a hair cut. Some of the bisque heads including the Heubach Koppelsdorf with chips, lost or loose eyes, scuffs, some fritting and lost or cut wigs, chips around eyelids. Deterioration to eyelids where present, bodies also heavily worn with damage, loss to limbs etc. As stated all will need extensive attention and restoration.
