A George V Silver Coffee-Pot, by George Howson, Sheffield, 1911 in the George I-style, tapering cylindrical and with part turned-wood side handle, the hinged cover with baluster finial15cm high, gross weight 12oz 1dwt, 374grFully marked on side near handle and further part marked inside cover. The marks are generally clear. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is some loss to the finish and a minor chip to the wood handle.
