Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos clock, the silvered skeletonised dial signed LeCoutre with raised Dauphine and Arabic numerals and brass Dauphine hands, the movement numbered `45787`, giving a production date of the late nineteen-fifties, and signed `LeCoultre, Switzerland, Atmos, Fifteen Jewels`, the brass `series two` case having glazed sides, canted corners to the base and with repeat signature, height 23.5cm. * Jaeger-LeCoultre were established in 1833 by Charles Antoine Le Coultre in Le Sentier in the Valle de Joux and obtained the current name after the merger with chronometer maker Edward Jaeger. In 1932 LeCoultre agreed to develop the Atmos type clock first built by CGR under the management of it`s inventor Jean-Leon Reutter in 1927 and continued to do so until a complete redesign in 1983.
