The dial is in very good condition. The case is in good condition and the gold filled case has light surface wear commensurate with age but in reasonably good condition, the notable areas of wear which are more obvious/worn through are on the left hand edge of the case. Plastic glass is possibly not Omega and a replacement. Bracelet not Omega. No box or papers

F. VENN 1903' and with an ivory rondel inscribed 'EIFFE London No. 535', with side carrying handles, the inside of the lid with a printed trade label for 'E. DENT & Co. LTD.' and with typed labels from His Majesty's Service stating that the chronometer is the property of Rev. R. T. Venn and is on loan to the Admiralty, '16th Sep 1941' with a facsimile copy of the Royal Observatory Abstract of Rates, second quarter 19th century, 20.2cm high, 20.7cm wide, 19cm deep.
