The SH plastic buttons have lost their white and are crazed. the Royal Agricultural College beagles buttons are worn around the edges, have surface scratches and pitting and the C&HH brass buttons are similar. WW1 British Binoculars and engraved Wristwatch to Lt SA Crum, Seaforth Highalnders. Lt Crum was KIA on first day of the Somme, 1st July 1916. Plus telegram advising his personal effects would arrive back in Dumfries, 19rh July 1916. Binoculars are by Heath and Sons of London. Case named to Lt SA Crum, SH.
