A Hardback Volume of La Collection Besselievre Etoffes et Broderies du XVe au XVIIIe Siecles, preface by M Paul Cornu, 1912 Paris, consisting normally of 116 black and white plates (only 79 present) in French, reproductions of the 193 most remarkable textiles and embroidery samples from the collection of Count Besselievre of Paris. Four further plates including two from the Exposition Universalle de Paris 1900, and another two unattributedDamage to the spine of the hard cover, generally in used condition, plates grubby but crisp and firm (less so for the additional plates).
