A juvenile human skull (skull cap missing, jaw articulated), together with a sphygmomanometer, a silver photograph frame, and a Chinese anatomical figure depicting the nervous system etc CONDITION REPORTS Skull with cap missing, various chips and areas of damage, most teeth missing, size at top of skull approx. 12 cm x 16 cm. Anatomical figure has yellowing and stains. Sphygmomanometer is by Accoson, has various wear, scuffs and case has scratches - it is not known whether in working order or not. Decorated cases with various wear and scuffs, and wear to leather, craqueleure and warping. Photograph frame with some knocks and dents.

Nik Douglas was a renowned collector and expert in Asian art, writing several books, and was particularly fascinated with Tantra. He organised exhibitions and was widely consulted for his expertise, which also encompassed African art and the archaeology of the Carribean. As well as this he was a rock album producer and film maker. Condition: Damascening worn in places, some encrustation
