E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL (1982) - Cast-Autographed US One Sheet - A US One Sheet for Steven Spielberg's sci-fi adventure E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, autographed by main members of the cast. The poster depicts John Alvin's iconic artwork of the 'finger touch', which was inspired by Michelangelo's ceiling painting of the Sistine Chapel. Matthew DeMeritt (E.T.), Henry Thomas (Elliott), Peter Coyote (Keys), Dee Wallace (Mary), Robert MacNaughton (Michael), and C. Thomas Howell (Tyler) have signed the poster in silver marker pen. The actors have also written famous quotes from their respective characters on the poster, such as "Be good", "Where's it from? Uranus? Get it? Your anus?", "You have absolute Power" and "Of course he can talk". The poster exhibits fold lines. A late 19th century French gilt metal lyre shaped mantel clock,the lyre shaped case surmounted by sunburst medallion above floral swags, the enamel dial painted with flowers, retailed by Howell & James Regent Street London34cm highgilding worn, dial appears intact, name rubbed, probably needs servicing - ticks slightly after winding but is striking at the wrong time (hands need re-setting) striking out of sync, runs for a short time before stopping.

Subsequently transferring to the Machine Gun Corps, he was discharged on 5 May 1919, and was awarded a Silver War Badge no. 452992.
