A late Victorian oak floor standing corner cupboard, carved a figure, masks and foliage, 90 cm wide Condition report Report by JB The cabinet displays general signs of wear and markings throughout the main body and the top. The top section of the backing board is intact with minor regions of loss, however, the bottom two sections and the rear supporting foot look as though they have been replaced due to the colour difference in the colour of the wood. Both corner fronts of the detail with the figures, show general rubbing and wear with minor loss. The same could be said for the imagery on the front door. The cornice display splits along the original joins and general wear. The interior looks as though it has been stripped and then re-lined with some form of paper. Base section again also displays general wear, knocks, marks and scuffing Please see illustrations for details
