The cocktail dress has 3/4 length sleeves, together with a Suzy Parette, New York, black silk and velvet cocktail dress, the bodice is black velvet has has a soft scoop neckline, the skirt has a softly structured "A" line shape and bears two large patch pockets. The dress is zip back fastening and has a black velvet belt with buckle, the buckle has wear to the velvet.
