Risalente al periodo successivo alla svolta poetica di Bontempelli, che nel 1916 entrò in contatto con l'ala milanese del movimento futurista e vi aderì nel 1918, è la sola opera in versi della sua fase giovanile a non essere stata in seguito rifiutata. La brossura è illustrata dal poliedrico artista Arnaldo Ginna, al secolo Arnaldo Ginanni Corradini (1890-1982): la moglie Maria, anch'essa scrittrice vicina al Futurismo, era presso l'editore Facchi direttore responsabile della collana in cui questo volume è stato pubblicato. First edition, rather rare and highly sought after, of this collection of poems, included in a serie of futurist verses. Dating back to the period following Bontempelli poetic turning point, who in 1916 came in contact with the Milanese wing of the Futurist movement, then joined in 1918, is the only work in verse of his youthful phase that was not subsequently refused. The paperback is illustrated by the multifaceted artist Arnaldo Ginna, born Arnaldo Ginanni Corradini (1890-1982): his wife Maria, also a writer close to Futurism, was director of the serie in which this volume was published, at the editor Facchi. The author's dedication, which denotes a great and intimate friendship with the recipient, is to the journalist and literary critic Fernando Palazzi, from whose private library this copy comes from.
