In 2° (324 x 223 mm); [348] carte. 38 iniziali rubricate in blu, rosso e viola di cui uno con la lettera "R" su 16 righe, stemma miniato di data posteriore sul recto della carta c2, esemplare completamente rubricato in rosso e blu, testo stampato su 2 colonne, 55 righe per pagina (restauro al margine superiore della prima carta con perdita di qualche lettera, restauro al margine bianco della seconda carta, qualche abile rinforzo al margine interno di poche carte, poche carte con macchie.) Legatura posteriore in pergamena con unghiatura, titolo in oro su tassello al dorso liscio.  Esemplare parzialmente postillato da mano antica di questo importante trattato curato da Bartolomeo da Cremona.
