(43cm.) high (bald spot on forehead, face thinning, other slight general wear, armature movement mainly not working) - this bear could do a lot of things and was advertised with the following rhyme - ‘He can laugh, he can cry. He can sing, he can sigh. He can sweep, he can sleep. He can box and darn socks. He can play any way!’ - being sold from Grandma’s Teddies Teddy Bear Museum

Y857999, case size 40mm, box and papers with purchase receipt dated 08/02/2004.The glass has some scratches going across from 3 o'clock position to 9 o'clock position. The watch runs. The bezel is free of scratches and moves freely. The case has some light scratches but nothing serious. The boxes are in good condition. The outer cardboard box has a label stuck onto the bottom. The cardboard has some scuffs to the corners. The inner box and papers are good.

The frame including the arms & back are not secure and have movement/play, the webbing has been replaced (possibly when it was recovered) and is secure/tight as with the springs.The green fabric showing, looks to be a lining fabric?
