Door with minor shrinkage splits to veneer. Dial with some tarnishing. Lacking second sweep. Currently on replacement seatboard but sold with original distressed seatboard. Date ring loose. Pendulum weights detached from rod. Back with numerous wall mounting holes. Dial and movement original to each other.

A George III oak longcase clock, by Hariman of Workington, with 12 inch dial with globe/ball moon, wheatear engraving and centre sweep date (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This clock case, face and movement are not a marriage. The case, movement and dial have always been together. The case is in first class condition with no damage. The doors are not warped and the base and bracket feet are in good order. The movement looks to have been recently cleaned as does the dial. The clock is currently ticking and seems to be operating as it should. It could be either used or resold in its current condition without the need for any repair of restoration.
