The day and date do change correctly when the hands are adjusted through 24 hours. The date adjusts independently but the day doesn't seem to adjust independently this function might need attention. Dial has a scratch near the centre. Winding crown is possibly replaced, it is gold plated rather than gold and doesn't have the Omega logo. Non Omega strap and buckle. No box or papers
