Oak farmhouse kitchen table, 19th century, plank top with narrow drop leaves, rectangular supports, length 160cm, width 93cm, height 74cm.Condition report:The table has a very rustic appearance - the plank top has prominent gaps between the planks (up to 1cm in places), and all planks are worn to varying degrees meaning the overall surface is somewhat uneven. Multiple burn /scorch marks and historic marks throughout the top. Where the wood has dried along the grains and gaps have formed, these are quite full of dust and debris. Old worm activity to some of the planks but all now appears stable. The base is sound but the colours again vary greatly. One end has a runner bar running the width, whereas at the opposing end the planks just terminate (a possible old modification).
