A well engineered 3 1/2 inch gauge model of a live steam 4-4-2 London North Eastern Railway Class C1 tender locomotive No 3298, built by Mr Steel of Devon. the silver soldered copper boiler with fittings including water sight glass, regulator, direction control lever on quadrant, safety valves, drain cocks, removable cab floor.
