A Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian lapis ware vase by Edward Thomas Radford, no.211, impressed marks to base, height 12cm, also a 1930's Carlton Ware ribbed vase of baluster form in pale green glaze, no.3979, blue printed mark to base, height 19cm (2). CONDITION REPORT: Minor crazing, no further damage noted.
Cricket - England tour of Australia and New Zealand 1988. Official Bi-Centenary tour colour photograph of the England team in tour blazers. Photograph laid down to official photographers mount with title to top and names of team printed below. Signed in ink by all twenty members of the touring party to the borders. Signatures include Gatting, Emburey, Dilley, Radford, French, Broad, Moxon etc. Presented to players and officials only. Framed and glazed overall 16.5”x12.5”. G
Cricket - Sussex C.C.C. c1989. A Symonds full size bat with the Sussex emblem and printed title ‘150 Years of Sussex Cricket’ signed in ink to front by twenty two players. Signatures include P. Parker, A. Wells, A Pigott, I. Gould, D. Smith etc. Good condition. Sold with a Slazenger ‘V’ bat c1990s signed to the front by thirteen Northamptonshire and twelve Worcestershire county players. A Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian shape 3183 vase of squat ovoid form decorated in an all over orange peel glaze, impressed marks and monogramed ETR for Edward Thomas Radford, height 10cm together with a late 19th Century bottle vase, the fluted collar neck in a honey glaze leading to a mottled brown, unmarked, in the style of Linthorpe, height 21cm (2)
A Clarice Cliff bizarre geometrically decorated bowl (very badly damaged and repaired), a Royal Doulton figure: HN2048 Mary Had A Little Lamb (af), a Beswick Scotty dog with ladybird upon his tail, a Radford vase and a Poole dish (5). The Clarice Cliff bowl is completely broken, crudely repaired, interior worn and scratched. The Royal Doulton figure the head has been off and crudely glue and is also cracked to the base. The other three items appear ok.
