Premier League match 11th May 2003 signed by both teams, the ball inscribed in the hand of the 'Baggies' kit man Dave Matthews PREM LAST HOME GAME v NEWCASTLE, the WBA signatures in blue marker pen, the Newcastle signatures in black marker pen and including manager Bobby Robson This match played at The Hawthorns ended as a 2-2 draw and ended a Premier League season of contrasting fortunes for the two clubs. West Bromwich Albion were relegated to the Championship. Newcastle United finished 3rd to secure a place in the following season's Champions League 3rd qualifying round.
