GC to VGC (minor wear) plus other railway items, including Bing Table Top railway track, 14 curved clockwork 2 rail, 41 straight and curved 3 rail, diamond crossing and 2 rail point; late 1970s Marx O gauge clockwork train set US style 0-4-0 locomotive, tender wagon and passenger car plus circle of track, instructions etc, boxed, minor wear, plus 5 various small tinplate clockwork lcoomotives (2 German); diecast 0-4-0 "Coppernob" and small diecast clockwork fire engine. Ichiko (Alps) - A battery-operated Lite-It-Up Ford Sedan, c.1950s, with working headlights, cream and crimson with bare metal wheel hubs, good condition, boxed; another, cream and scarlet with lithographed wheel hubs, good condition, boxed; GW (Modern Toys) - a friction-driven Mercury Auto-Trailer, c.1950s, very good condition, boxed (box lid torn and taped); and Louis Marx - a Japanese friction-driven Airport Transportation Service Bus, c.1960s, good condition, unboxed (none tested) (4).

Two photograph albums compiled by Major Clifford Cole on a 10,000-mile tour while with the Ack Ack battery in America, 1943, the first album entitled 'Our Stay at Camp Davis and a few odds and ends', with approx. 160 window-mounted b&w photos., the second album entitled 'The Tour of American Army Camps and Cities September to December 1943', with approx. 220 window-mounted b&w photos., the majority neatly captioned on mounts and some on photo versos, photos. include pictures of Major Cole and Army comrades with Hollywood stars, incl. Jimmy Cagney, Greer Garson, Basil Rathbone, Cary Grant, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Harpo Marx, Hedy Lamarr, Dame May Whitty, Fred Astaire, Gracie Fields (signed), Joan Crawford, Mickey Rooney, Mary Pickford, etc., some mounts broken and photos. loose, orig. cloth, bindings broken, oblong folio, together with a album of related news cuttings plus some of Major Cole's original diaries from the tour, and a sheaf of typed draft copies of an unpublished account of the tour by Major Cole, comprising several hundred pages (a carton)

A large 1950s clockwork single seat tinplate racing car by Marx USA, approx 13½” long, in white with leaf green and red detailing, RN1, stylised exhausts to both sides, driver with 2 piece head, large black and red tinplate wheels, simple c/w motor is in working order.
