A near mint 1988 issue of the Syd Barrett 'Opel' LP. The cover has 'Barrett' inscribed to the front in blue ballpoint pen. Whilst the signature is written very much in the style of how Syd was signing his name at that time there is no further provenance provided and potential buyers must satisfy themselves that they are bidding on this item with no guarantee that this is genuine. Please note that we are not experts in this field and therefore take no responsibility should this prove not to be signed by Syd. Chiquita Astor/Portrait of James Arthur Pope-Hennessy/reclining reading a book, The Blessing by Nancy Mitford/inscribed verso/oil on canvas, 30cm x 40cm CONDITION REPORT: in good condition, there is a strange mark beside the upper left corner of the pillow, I don't think this is a restoration but possibly an alteration by the artist at the time of painting. The image on our website shows this mark clearly.
