Works by the artist are in the Government Art Collection and he designed poster for London Transport in the 1930s.

Another friend was W.S. Graham, and in 1942, Frame and Creme each produced drawings for Grahams first book 'Cage Without Grievance' published by David Archers Parton Press. Frame moved to London in the mid-1940s with Colquhoun and MacBryde. In London, he was part of the circle around John Minton, becoming close to Minton for a time and was friendly with Prunella Clough. In the early 1950s, Frame exhibited with the St. Georges Gallery in London, and also became involved with theatre. In the 1960s, Frame produced illustrations for several books for Ian Hamilton Finlay's Wild Hawthorn Press. The British Museum acquired a collection of Frames drawings and monotypes by the artist in the 1980s

He lived and taught in Nigeria in the 1950s and again during the 1970s, becoming friendly with writer Ulli Beier and artist Susanne Wenger. With Beier he edited the influential anthology ‘Modern Poetry from Africa’ published in 1963 and he also wrote a biography of poet Wole Soyinka in 1971. His collection also included works by Gerard Sekoto and Muraina Oyelami.Moore helped organise an exhibition of the artist’s work at the School of African and Asian Studies at the University of Sussex, when he was working there in the late 1960s to the early 1970s. Twins Seven-Seven is one of the best know artists of the Oshogbo School, using his experience as a singer and dancer to create his highly individual vision. His work has been exhibited across the world, including the Pompidou Centre, Paris, Houston Contemporary Arts Museum, MoMA, New York, the National Museum of African Art, Washington, D.C. and the National Modern Art Gallery in Lagos.
Feliks Topolski RA, Polish/British 1907–1989 - Crowd scene with Polish soldiers; ink and wash on paper, signed with initials lower right, 39 x 31.4 cm (ARR) Provenance: Countess Czarski (née Munro), gifted by the artist; private collection, gifted by the above and thence by descent Note: the soldiers are a Polish lancer wearing a shapka and great coat and an infantryman with a cap and slung rifle. Topolski was in the Polish reserves and worked as an Official War Artist for both the Polish government in exile in World War II and later for the British. These experiences resulted in the book 'Britain in Peace and War, 1941'. The boy in the foreground of the work is possibly a self-portrait of the artist. The artist also created a large-scale mural to commemorate the coronation of HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, commissioned by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
