Danzatrice, da Marcel Bouraine (1886-1948), inizio del XX secolo alt. cm 28 Firma sulla base: Denis, Fondeur Max le Verrier. Bouraine allievo di Falguière, venne catturato dai tedeschi durante la Guerra 1914-1918 e internato in Svizzera. Sovente firmava le sue opere con lo pseudonimo “Denis”. Espose al Salon des Tuileries, alla Société des Artistes Français, al Salon d’Automne negli anni Venti. Lavorò per gli Editori: Susse Frères, Etling, Arthur Goldscheider, e soprattutto Max Le Verrier, con cui ebbe un lungo rapporto di collaborazione. Nel 1937 propose all’Esposizione Internazionale di Parigi due monumentali sculture. € 400

A rare Goldscheider Pottery model of a woman sitting on her luggage trunk designed by Stephan Dakon, model no.7172, painted in colours, impressed and printed marks, minor professional restoration to her neck, 26cm. high Literature Ora Pinhas Goldscheider Pottery, Richard Dennis Publications, page 130 for a comparable figure illustrated.
After PAUL PHILIPPE; a c.1920s patinated bronze figure of a naked woman stretching, signed "P Philippe" to the green marble base with inset gilt Goldscheider foundry seal plaque to the underneath, 37cm. CONDITION REPORT: The patine is rubbed to some areas, there are some minor dints probably moulding imperfections, the figure is attached to the base but slightly wobbly, the base itself has several but small chips to some of the edges.
GOLDSCHEIDER; an Art Deco wall mask depicting a red haired lady and a dog, marked and impressed no.7114 to the back, height 24.5cm. CONDITION REPORT: Crazing to glaze, a few chips to the dogs mouth, area of minor losses to the hair, , edges and eyelids, otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
Goldscheider figure of a dancing girl, circa 1935, after Josef Lorenzl, wearing a black and pink tasselled dress, her hair cut into a bob, 42.75cm high Condition: There is a hairline crack running from the figure's right toe across the surface of the base to the back of the base extending to the foot rim, there is some broad crazing noticeable on her upper chest and arms, there is a further hairline to the base with a small flake approximately 20mm x 10mm that has been re-stuck on the inside edge of the foot rim, the crack extends approximately 30mm - **General condition consistent with age
Goldscheider terracotta figure depicting a classical maiden holding a large bowl before her, after Perigot, 63cm high Condition: Large chip/flake above the figure's left rear shoulder approximately 25mm x 10mm, further chip to the grapes by her left hand approximately 8mm x 10mm, the lower edge of the base has nibbling and there is a small chip to her hair just above her left eye approximately 3mm x 1mm, there is a faint surface line just where her neck joins the body which appears to just be a surface line in the paint - **General condition consistent with age
An early 20th century bronzed plaster figure of an Art Nouveau water carrier attributed to Goldscheider, modelled as a maiden carrying an urn on her left shoulder, her belt with faux opal cabochon inlays, incised signature 'F. Gross' and impressed marks 'REPRODUCTION RESERVEE 2616/59/55', 107cm high.
