A Victorian silver mounted presentation carriage/driving whip, by Edward Smith, Birmingham 1851, the pommel cast with a miniature figure of St George mounted on his horse and slaying the dragon, above bands of oak leaves and acorns, with similar bands below the woven hand grip, presentation inscription to Mr William Cook, as a token of respect from the Members of his Band, December 1st 1851.
