The astromech droid of pilot Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), BB-8 befriended the scavenger Rey (Daisy Ridley) on the desert planet Jakku.This replica droid with a moveable head is comprised of cast resin and foam, and features a white and green paint scheme with gray embellishments. It has acrylic lenses over the hologram projector and radar eye, as well as featuring several exposed motherboards and various colored wires with metal attachments. This droid was intentionally distressed to appear aged and covered in grime. It comes with a plastic ring stand. This lot exhibits cracked and fractured resin on the droid's body, as well as some discoloration. DISTRICT 9 (2009) - Weta Workshop Gas Projector Replica - A Weta Workshop replica of a Gas Projector from Neill Blomkamp's District 9. In the film, Obesandjo's (Eugene Khumbanyiwa) gangs collected Gas Projectors and other Prawn weaponry to maintain control over District 9.This static fiberglass grenade launcher replica was created by Weta Workshop based on the original production weapons. It features an alien, futuristic design with a long barrel and a canister-like stock. Weta intentionally distressed this weapon to give it the appearance of oozing alien gunk. Also included is a metal plaque listing this replica as "054/200." This lot exhibits some scuffing and chipped paint.
