An early 20th century black lacquered and brass microscope slide projector on telescopic cast iron tripod base, bearing a label Precision Micro/Projector No. 639 by Platters & Garnett of Oxford Road, Manchester, height 51cm Unsure whether complete, but nothing seems to be particularly damaged, just well used. Metal is a bit tarnished.
STAR WARS TOYS - Anthony Daniels Collection: Vintage Slide Projector SetA vintage slide projector set released by Chad Valley in 1977 from the promotion of George Lucas' Star Wars: A New Hope. The lot includes a blue plastic battery-operated slide projector powered by three U2 batteries, eight film strips featuring comic-style images of Star Wars scenes, and a spare slide sets leaflet. The set comes in its original box, which exhibits minor wear on the exterior and interior, and the electronics remain untested.
