Start Price: EUR 1400 Zustand: (2/2)F.H. 66 Cinema Film Projector, c. 1950Frieseke & Hoepfner, Erlangen, Germany. For 1200-meter reels in two fireproof drums, hand-turned or with motor-drive, light tone scanning, with original multi-adjustable carbon arc lamp with a large concave mirror in the lamp house and Möller anamorphic lens that can be moved in front of the projection lens for Cinemascope widescreen films, electrical functions untested. - Note: This "F.H. 66" is a rare so-called left-hand machine. If there were a left-hand version in the projection room instead of a second right-hand machine, a projectionist was allowed to operate both machines. The strict fire protection regulations of the Nitrofilm era required one projectionist per right-hand machine. - The "F.H. 66" was considered the Rolls-Royce of cinema projectors because of its solid design and construction. At the market launch, the trade press reported: "The new projector is not one of the usual metal boxes. It is more like a sculpture by the sculptor Henry Moore." Start Price: EUR 1400 Condition: (2/2)

Projektionskopf "L’Educateur", um 1905E. Mollier, Paris. Start Price: EUR 280 Zustand: (3-/3)L'Educateur 35mm Projection Head, c. 1905E. Mollier, Paris. Brass, for a tabletop cinematograph, for use in schools and universities, with hand-turned Maltese cross mechanism, Cindo 50mm lens and removable aluminum arms for 250-meter film spools. -Note: Due to the high wear and tear in cinema and theater use, projectors were supplied in steel from 1906. The brass head seen here is a rare witness to early industrial cinematography in France. This particular unit has been mounted on a baseboard from another projector for use as a projection device for historical films at media events. Included is a discreet, modern electrification unit which can be attached and removed with ease. - Rare and sought-after! Start Price: EUR 280 Condition: (3-/3)
