A Large Collection of Lures by Hardy, Allcocks and Other Makers, some in original boxes, including Devons, Phantoms, Minnows, Lead Heads, Swallow Tails, Spoons, Plugs etc., together with other fishing tackle, including tackle guides, carded salmon fly display etc., all housed in an oak tambour fronted eight drawer cabinet.

Three signed with the initials HA, all inscribed with the titles, oil on board, each 22cm by 30cm (a set of ten) A London painter of freshwater fish. He wrote The Modern Angler under the pen name of "Otter", and wrote for Fishing Tackle Market. He exhibited at the Great Fisheries Exhibition in 1883 and Suffolk Street in 1855., The work is sold with a letter dated 17 May 1856 referring to the Tayside Society and Fishing Club founded circa 1795.
