An early 20th Century oak plan or folio chest, the plain top above eight drawers with lug handles raised on bracket feet 114 cm wide x 86.5 cm deep x 127.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has some scratching, water marks etc to the whole piece. There appears to be a repair in the top left hand front corner with a large crack and some holes. One of the drawers is showing glue to the interior, it looks as though it might have had some restoration. A couple of the lower drawers are missing the brass escutcheons. Otherwise general wear and tear, solid etc - see images for more details
A 19th Century mahogany bow fronted chest of two short over three long graduated drawers with turned knob handles raised on splayed bracket feet 103 cm wide x 105 cm high x 52.5 cm deep CONDITION REPORTS Top is slightly bowed. There is a crack running across it on the left hand side back corner. There has been various patching variously throughout including to the back edge and right hand corner. Handles appear to be replacements. Heavy scratching to the first long drawer. Splits to the drawer linings, replacement locks. There is some heavy scratching to the right hand side panel. General wear and tear to include staining and discolouration, scratch marks etc - see images for more details
An 18th Century oak bureau, the plain top over a sloping fall enclosing a plain interior with pigeon holes and drawers over a well, over two short and two long graduated drawers to bracket feet, 76.5 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 91 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The top has had areas filled including old worm/insect damage. Interior - the sliding well drawer opens to the interior which is slightly split. One of the internal drawers is missing its brass handle. The hinges have been later replaced and patched. Looks like a later lock mechanism. There are splits to both side panels. Replacement handles and locks. Drawer liners are split. There have been repairs to the bracket feet. General wear and tear conducive with age and use to include knocks, bumps, patching, some restoration work etc - see images for more details

An Edwardian mahogany and satinwood banded Sheraton Revival writing table, the top with inset writing surface within a moulded edge over two long and two short drawers with brass knob handles raised on square tapered legs to brass caps and castors 91 cm wide x 49 cm deep x 76 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The wood is discoloured/faded. There are some patches/repairs and surface scratching. Leather appears to be a later inlaid piece. Replacement locks on the lower two drawers. There is a significant area of discolouration on the apron of the kneehold on the left hand side. There is loss to the moulding below the bottom drawer on the left hand side. Scratching to the legs, particularly on the inside front ones as though a stool or something has been taken in and out frequently. Area of moulding missing from the inside right hand section. More moulding missing from the right hand side panel.
An 18th Century black lacquered and Japanned chest, the later top over a moulded cushion drawer, three short and three long graduated drawers raised on bracket feet (upper section of a chest on chest) 103.5 cm wide x 107 cm high x 57.5 cm deep CONDITION REPORTS Very heavily worn throughout with losses throughout including to the metalwork and the main wood carcase and drawers. There is a very faint painted decoration to the moulding on the top made to look like blind fretwork but is painted - see images for more details.
A 1960s teak dining room suite designed by Robert Heritage for Archie Shine comprising Hamilton rectangular extending dining table with two extra leaves and unusual wishbone hay rake style stretchered base on turned tapering legs 242 cm max x 88.5 cm wide x 72.5 cm high together with a matching sideboard of two cupboard doors and four fluted drawers with brass knob handles 228.5 cm wide x 50.5 cm deep x 79 cm high and a matching cocktail cabinet with two doors over a drawer and two further cupboard doors 88 cm wide x 46 cm deep x 114.5 cm high

Whole thing is in need of a good clean. Has some bubbling to the veneers. Some areas of veneer are missing. No key present. One of the internal shelves is missing. The main drawer interior, although fitted, has had repairs variously throughout and crudely so. Barn stored. The wood on the interior of the workbox is heavily scratched. The workbox element won't come out fully. The supporting ledge on one side appears to be a replacement. Heavy wear and tear conducive with age, use and storage - see images for more details
A 19th Century North Country oak and cross-banded chest, the plain top above two short and three long graduated drawers with turned knob handles, raised on turned feet, 110 cm wide x 49 cm deep x 108.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whilst the piece is basically sound, the top has certainly many issues including shrinkage, showing a big split and various stains throughout. Loss of veneer to the veneers particularly to the back and front corners. Two handles to the front, two top drawers with damage. Wear and tear conducive with age and use throughout otherwise. What looks like water spray marks to the right hand panels particularly but similar to the left and some sun bleaching to the left hand panel.
