A pair of early 20th-century bronze and ormolu mounted four branch candelabra, each with central sconce, scrolling arms, central column in the form of a cherub, cast floral base with white stone collum.19cm (7.5") wide, 14cm (5.5") deep, 59cm (23") highCondition report: Detachable capital to central candle socket, both in good order. A White Marble Portico Striking Mantel Clock with Garniture, early 20th century, surmounted by birds and urn finials, Corinthian capped columns, rectangular plinth with beaded decorated borders, enamel dial with Arabic numerals, twin barrel movement striking on a bell, 46cm high, with matching gilt metal white marble twin branch candelabra garniture, 35cm high 07.12.20 Clock base with small chips to the edges, base with small cracks to the back left hand corner, dial with minor scratches, movement is clean, garniture bases with small chips and scratches.
A Three-Piece Victorian Silver Plate Table-Garniture, Apparently Unmarked, Circa 1880, each piece on trefoil base with cast hippocampus, with fluted stems, each with three scroll branches which terminate in spool-shaped sockets, two with further central socket and one with cut-glass bowl, 58.5cm high and smaller (3) . The candelabra each stamped with number 2942(?). There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The wear is noticeable as some loss to the plating. There is some minor bruising to the branches. The estimate should be £400-600 and not as in the printed catalogue

A Large and impressive Second Half of the 19th Century French Brass Mantel Clock with two Associated CandelabraDeniere, Ft. De Bronzes, A Paris.The Baroque inspired arched case surmounted by a trumpeting herald on a waisted top with acanthus leaf corners, supported by caryatids, the dial centred by a depiction of three women spinning, on a raised plinth base on four lions paw feet, the 6 inch brass dial with applied white enamel Roman numeral plaques and signed enamel centre. The signed circular movement with Brocot escapement, striking the hours and half hours on a bell. The two associated candelabra surmounted with a large urn finial, with five branches on a Baroque style waisted stem, centred by a mask with swagged garlands, on a canted square base on four lions paw feet. Ticking and striking.
