GERMAN/PRUSSIAN CANDELABRA.  LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY WHEN SILVER WAS BASED ON THE LOTH SYSTEM WHICH WOULD MOST LIKELY BE 12 LOTH WHICH EQUATES TO 750 BUT COULD POSSIBLY BE HIGHER.  THE HALLMARKING SYSTEM WAS UNIFIED IN 1888 BUT IT PREDATES THIS.
