London Brighton & South Coast Railway Pocket Watch No 538. Key wound and key set Brass American Watch Co. Waltham Mass. movement No. 8760283 which was produced circa 1898. Hall-marked Sterling silver .925 Birmingham 1899 and inside of case engraved with full company name and 538, case also marked A&B 189. Dial enamelled L.B & S.C.R. And is free from chips and. In working condition complete with key but not tested for accuracy. Rare to see the company name on the dial of LB&SCR watches.

A WW2 era Waltham Premier Military Pocket Watch. Open faced pocket watch, with a signed black dial with lume Arabic indices and outer chapter ring, subsidiary dial, chrome plated case approx 52mm, keyless wind, case back and movement both marked 30895714 (winds but not working). Notes: the movement number would indicate a production date of circa May 1942. Plus, a WW2 era military chrome cased Lemonia stop watch, marked to reverse broad arrow PATT.3 31628 (not working). Approximately 5.5cm width. Condition: wear and tear to the cases of both, the Waltham has a little loss to the number 10 on the dial. Waltham Vanguard Royal Navy inter war period issued deck watch. Circa 1927 manufacture date. White dial with Arabic numerals, and subsidiary dial at 6 o’clock position. Marked ‘Waltham USA Vanguard 23 Jewels 6614’ plus a broad arrow mark. Nickel case with screw off back, with this also being broad arrow marked and having the code ‘H.S.3’ which would indicate that it is a deck watch. Movement marked with serial number 26223723. Dennison mark to the inside of the back cover. Condition: generally good. Clean dial with minuscule hairline between the 11 and 12 (about 3mm length). A little rubbing to the manufacturer details and broad arrow to the face. Case in clean condition and just light service wear. Both the glass and back cover unscrew without issue. When wound, the watch would appear to run correctly, but this is by no means a guarantee.
