OASIS - DEFINITELY MAYBE LP (ORIGINAL UK COPY - CRELP 169 - DAMONT PRESSING). Well presented original UK copy of the famed debut long player from the Burnage Boys. A1/B1/C1/D1 matrix endings with DAMONT etched on all four sides. Record 1 is in VG+ condition with a few light surface hairline marks though no heavier feelable scratches. Record 2 is in clean VG+ condition showing few marks, though with a possible pressing fault on track D2 which can just about be felt - this causes no disturbance to playback). The sleeve is in sharp VG+ condition with some minor creasing/scuffs and a sticker removal mark on the front (not a tear). Lovely clean spine which is fully legible. Strong copy.

ELVIS PRESLEY - Framed First-pressing Disc, Memphis Record Service Invoice and Autographed PhotoA framed display containing a first-pressing record, an invoice and an autographed photo, all relating to the "King of Rock and Roll" himself, Elvis Presley. The rare black 10" acetate disc is for "Good Rockin' Tonight", Elvis' second single, which he recorded "with Scotty and Bill", referring to guitarist Scotty Moore and bass player Bill Black. The Memphis Recording Service invoice is addressed to "Elvis Presley", dated "January 6 1954", and concerns another acetate disc. Completing the display is a black-and-white photograph of Presley with Dewey Phillips, the first DJ to broadcast Elvis' debut record. It is autographed in blue ink by Presely, inscribed "To Rose Marie", and dated "March '67". George Allison Arsenal Manager Football Award: Issued for season 38/39 by Hungarian Sports Newspaper Nemzeti Sport. Plaque is in original box with Allisons name and season. Uncertain of exact honour but as Arsenal manager George had just won the league and Charity Shield for Arsenal in 1938. C/W a rare card of Allison from 1934 by the Record Cigarette Company, one side has a picture of him with information and the other is a tiny record which can apparently play on a player. Rare items.
