PLEASE PLEASE ME - UK MONO 1ST - A well presented example of the seminal 1st long player (PMC 1202). With Dick James credits on the black and gold label for all six McCartney/Lennon compositions (A1,2,6,7,B4, 6). The record is in VG to VG+ condition. This strict grading is issued as there are a couple of minor surface/hairline markings that are really only seen on side 1. Side 2 would grade as Ex. MATRIX/STAMPERS: XEX 421-1N 1 A and 422-1n 1 M. The 'Z M T' tax code labels are bright and clean. The 1st pressing sleeve is in VG condition. The front is nice and clean with only minor wear, however there is some noticeable wear to the rear flipback design, mainly the top right corner and along the bottom edge.
WITH THE BEATLES - A superb condition early UK pressing of the excellent 1963 long player (mono PMC 1206). The 'Dominion' credit 'Parlophone Co', 'Recording First Published' record is in Ex+ to archive condition with just two extremely faint and wispy markings at the start of side 1. Sharp and crisp labels. 1N/1N matrix codes. The front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending' flipback sleeve is in Ex+ or archive condition with only tiny traces of edgewear.
