In good condition with some spotting and the border has been trimmed to leave the poster size 37in x 47.5in. Would frame well.

In good condition mounted on linen with some minor restoration top middle and displayed in a glazed frame.
Poster BR HASTINGS THE ALL YEAR ROUND SUNSHINE RESORT by Colourfex. Double Royal 25in x 40in. Published by the Southern Region in 1962 and printed by The Baynard Press. The poster has been mounted on rice paper to conserve central fold mark and old tape staining. This poster was recorded in the records but so far this one is the only known survivor a real poster rarity.
Poster LMS PWLLHELI ON THE SUNNY CAMBRIAN COAST by Alfred Bestall. Double Royal 25in x 40in. Printed by Greycaine Ltd. Some insect damage to image, and mildew mainly to bottom border. This previously unknown LMS poster, with an identical GWR version, is believed to be the only railway poster illustrated by Alfred Bestall, who is regarded by many as the greatest artist ever to have illustrated the Rupert Bear articles and annuals, the link to the artist being Alfred Bestall was made by Geoff Courtney of Heritage Railway Magazine. A rare poster which deserves to be conserved.

Late Victorian Devonshire Regiment Recruiting Poster. This colourful original poster, depicts the Regimental Cap Badge and a Private wearing scarlet tunic, home service helmet and Slade Wallace equipment. The text tells the rate of pay and term of enrolment, also details of the different Battalions including Commanding Officers. Colours remain bright. Now mounted into a modern glazed frame ... Accompanied by a second poster, this again of Devonshire Regiment interest, Circa 1914. Now rolled with crease marks. (2 items)

The top half depicts a RAF pilot saying good bye to his family His dad says “Cheerio old lad, good luck tomorrow” . The bottom half depicts a crashed RAF aircraft. “This is what happened”. Printed by J. Weiner of London. Size 19 1/2 x 29 1/2 inches. Minor age wear GC.
