A GWR King Class single copper-capped locomotive chimney. This chimney belonged to the late A.N. Wolstenholme, the poster artist. It is located near Farnham in Surrey, and will be sold in situ with all removal costs payable by the purchaser. Permission to view can be obtained by contacting us.
Military uniform. Five c.1940s pen & wash drawings by H.L. Atkinson of various historical regimental uniforms, incl. Officer Royal Horse Guards 1832, Officer 17th Lancers 1806, Lancashire Yeomanry 1818, and two untitled, various sizes but typically 340 x 250 mm. A poster that is included in the lot reads 'These drawings depicting some of the historic uniforms of the British Army are offered for sale at 3 1/2 gns. each, one guinea of which will be allocated to War Savings by the artist H.L.
