The bag has a short handle located in the upper area and a long handle. The back area also has a zippered pocket.Measures: 22 x 32 x 12 cm.

The piece presents a rectangular format with a large flap ornamented with the H, emblem of the firm, as closure of the bag. Hermes. Frühe Kaiserzeit, julisch-claudisch. 1. Jh. n. Chr. H 11cm. Vollguss. Nackter Knabe im Kontrapost stehend. Auf der linken Schulter liegt ein Mantel auf, der seitlich herabfällt und den linken Arm umhüllt. Die Struktur des Mantels ist durch eine in Kaltarbeit angebrachte Punzierung dargestellt. Die Rechte hielt wohl ehemals ein Kerykeion, die vorgestreckte Linke vielleicht eine Opferschale. Die Füße stecken in Reiseschuhen. Ein Knopf auf der Kalotte diente vielleicht zur Befestigung des separat gefertigten Petasos. Schöne dunkelgrüne Patina, intakt. Provenienz: Aus israelischer Privatsammlung, vor 2000.
