A collection of six silver and metalware novelty figural cork stoppers,two by Thomas White, London 1900,modelled as a Scottish Highland dancer and the other a country dancer, height 13.6cm, plus two continental medieval musicians, one modelled as Hermes and a brass stopper modelled as a standing lion. Three vintage gentleman's wristwatches including a 1930s 9ct gold cased example, the engine turned silvered dial set with Arabic numerals, smaller seconds subsidiary dial and outer dot minute track, with crown wind movement, initials possibly 'GMC' and the date 5.11.30 verso, on black leather strap, also a Hermes gentleman's wristwatch with octagonal shaped bezel, line markers and quartz movement, on leather strap, and a Jana wristwatch, the silvered dial set with line markers and number 12, with crown wind movement and stainless steel back, on brown leather strap (3).Condition Report: The 1930s example has been wound and appears to be in going order, the back of the case is stamped '9ct', there is some possible solder/blemish to the front of the case, the strap is worn. The Hermes watch appears to be in going order. The Jana example has been wound and is in going order, however it stops and starts.

A Dunhill wooden cigar cabinet/humidor, 14 cm x 25 cm x 22 cm, together with three Bolivar Habana cigars in aluminum tubes, two Don Ramos Honduras cigars and three H. Upmann 'Naturals' cigars, also tubed, a further Upmann cigar in card box, a Hermes ceramic desk ashtray, 18.5 cm wide, and a 19th century Doulton Lambeth stoneware match pot, with applied floral decoration and silver collar. The finish of the box top is intact but has a finely crazed surface, and may need reviving. The box is in good structural order, complete with a working key, the surface finish has some minor blemishes. The ashtray and table vester are in good order.

He first saw action 1 May when he took part in the first low level raid on Stanley airport. Hit and damage to the tail but managed to return safely to HMS Hermes. Over the next 6 weeks flew 56 combat sorties credited with 2 enemy Helicopters, 2 Skyhark Fighters and an Argentine intelligence gathering trawler. For his contribution to the conflict award Distinguished Service Cross. Simon Weston OBE is a veteran of the British Army who became well known throughout the United Kingdom for his recovery and charity work after suffering severe burn injuries during the Falklands War. On 9 June 1982, he was boarded with other members of his regiment on RFA Sir Galahad in Port Pleasant near Fitzroy, just off the Falkland Islands. It was bombed and set on fire by the Argentine Skyhawk fighters during the Bluff Cove Air Attacks. His ship was carrying ammunition as well as phosphoric bombs and thousands of gallons of diesel and petrol, Out of his platoon of 30 men, 22 were killed. The Welsh Guards lost a total of 48 men killed and 97 wounded aboard the Sir Galahad. Ca. 400 - 300 BC.A terracotta rhyton with a flaring lip and a conical shaped body terminated into an equine finial. The trumpet-shaped has painted bands of intersecting red and black lines, circumferential solid red bands, segmented hoops and lattice panel with black pellet detailing. The equine finial has legs that fold beneath the body, painted reins and a harness.A rhyton was used by the Greeks for religious rituals. Ca. 400 - 300 BC.A krater from Canosa made of purified clay with a globular body and a funnel-shaped neck. Four heads of deities are moulded on the shoulders of the vase. The central head represents Hermes, depicted with two open wings on either side of his face. On either side are two smaller heads of Apollo, portrayed with a radiating crown.
