An unusual Continental silver pointer, the top mounted with a man playing cymbals, a rope twist star of David and the pointer modelled as a hand pointing a finger with a sapphire ring.

An early 20th Century gilt metal lamp-standard, the reeded stem with an Etruscan style vase surmount above a mount cast with the mask of Pan, pan pipes and cymbals, the base with a circular dish issuing leaf mounts and shaped legs with claw feet, height approx 171cm.

Archibald Wells (1874-) `The Cymbals Player` an oil on canvas, in original oak frame, with painted monogram and potted orange trees painted monogram to frame image 65 x 55cm. Archibald Wells was born in Glasgow moving to Australia as a child where he studied art in Sydney. He returned to Britain, settling in Rye, Sussex and his work was exhibited at the New English Art Club in 1918.
