Gilt rectangular plate mounted with cut silver facetted star bearing regilded laurel and palm sprays encircling crowned strap inscribed “SOUTH DEVON”; gilt ‘46’ mounted to domed silver centre. Across the tail of the strap, a scroll inscribed “DOMINICA”. Reverse with two hooks and two studs. Complete with rather shrunk relic leather liner. Crown orb and cross absent as well as one star tip.
