ROLLING STONES - DELETED 90s LPs - A fantastic selection of 3 x long deleted 90s LPs. Titles are Bridges To Babylon (V 2840 - Ex+/Ex+ 'as new' condition with glossy printed inners), No Security ('SECURITY 1' V 2880 - Ex+/Ex, similarly in 'as new' condition with the records looking unplayed) and Voodoo Lounge (V 2750 - Ex+ one or two very minor wispy marks, with printed inners/Ex+ very minor edgewear).
ROLLING STONES - AFTERMATH - SHADOW COVER - The iconic 1st UK pressing of the 1966 album, this the original release with the pink 'shadowing' around the title - this design was quickly dropped with all subsequent covers printed without this 'shadowing' outline. The LP (LK 4786 5B/4A) is in very well presented Ex condition with only a couple of very light, faint and minor surface markings. The cover is in neat Ex condition with only extremely minor wear to the laminate on the front and some (once again, minor) staining to the reverse.
ROLLING STONES - LADY JANE/BACKSTREET GIRL - 8" EMIDISC ACETATE - Holy smokes won't you take a look at this 8" Emidisc issued acetate recording! Produced in miniscule numbers, the Backstreet Girl has been signed off by Control. The 'Made In Gt. Britain' Emidisc acetate is in VG condition - there are some light surface markings with nothing heavier - that this would have been produced in 1966 it is in great condition given the nature of acetate recordings.
ROLLING STONES - GOIN' HOME - 10" ACETATE RECORDING - Another tremendous recording for the discerning Stones collector with this Decca 'advance test recording' 'radio version' of the track appearing on Aftermath. Issued on a 10" record with the playing 'area' roughly 8 1/2 inches across. Condition is VG with some surface markings - these are as stated on the surface only with no heavier scratches. With a hand written time of 6' 20''.
THE ROLLING STONES - CHRISTMAS EP - 10" ACETATE RECORDING - Unheralded opportunity to acquire the unreleased 'Christmas EP', containing the tracks You Can't Catch Me, Time Is On My Side (shorter length of 2' 42, 16 seconds difference to the 'stock' release) and What A SHame (shorter length at 2' 05, 8 seconds difference to the 'stock' release). Issued by Decca on a 'Advance Test Recording' 10" acetate disc, the playing surface is roughly 7 1/2 inches. The record is in VG condition with some surface markings to the playing surface - these are never heavy with no scratches evident. A small part of the outer rim is 'dinked' - this should have no effect to playback. With a sticker on the non playing side stating 'REFERENCE RECORDING Rolling Stones Christmas EP-Mono'.

MILNE A. A.: (1882-1956) English Author, creator of Winnie-the-Pooh. Autograph Envelope, unsigned, being the front panel only, addressed in Milne's hand to his wife, 'Mrs. A. A. Milne', at Cotchford Farm in Hartfield, Sussex. Postmarked at Chelsea, 10th April 1929. Accompanied by an A.L.S., Daphne Milne, by Milne's wife, Dorothy 'Daphne' de Selincourt (1890-1971), one page, 8vo, Cotchford Farm, Hartfield, Sussex, 7th March n.y. (1956), to [Arnold] Brierley. Milne asks 'Will this do?' and continues 'If you liked you could cut off the “Mrs”.', concluding by thanking her correspondent for their sympathy. The envelope panel is very slightly irregularly torn at the edges and has a small rust stain to the lower left corner, not affecting the text. About VG, 2 Cotchford Farm was purchased by Milne as a country retreat in 1925 and the author wrote all of his Winnie-the-Pooh stories there. Milne died there in 1956 and the property was later to be owned by The Rolling Stones band member Brian Jones who drowned in the outdoor swimming pool at the property in July 1969.
