The Rolling Stones five autographs Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman, Keith Richards & Charlie Watts (who has also written "The Rolling Stones" on his autograph page). The Mick Jagger autograph has added "X - NOT. Cross out" below his signature because he had assumed it was for a girl. It was when Paul said that the autograph was for his Brother that he wrote "NOT" meaning it was no longer a kiss and then to reaffirm his meaning he wrote "Cross Out". This is a unique feature. These autographs were obtained when Paul Scudamore interviewed the Rolling Stones on 28th September 1965 at the Capitol Theatre in Cardiff and had his article published in the Record Mirror shortly afterwards (see photo) Paul was a young freelance pop journalist writing under the pseudonym of Mike Adams. He was also a junior reporter on the Llanelli Star newspaper which meant he had a press card which gave him access to the backstage of many theatre concerts. Autograph pages measure 5 inch x 3 inch (7)
