German Panzer Engraved Dress Bayonet, standard German Army WW2 parade bayonet with two piece black chequered grips. The blade is double etched with oakleaves, army eagles, memory of my service motto and tanks to the reverse. Makers mark to the reverse of the blade. Housed in its scabbard with brown leather frog. This bayonet we are of the opinion has been made of original wartime and post war parts. Sold as seen.
WW2 German Naval Administration Officers Cap Insignia, silver bullion wire embroidered Kriegsmarine officers cap eagle and silver bullion wire officers cockade, offices cap cords and kriegsmarine side buttons. Insignia (minus cockade) have been mounted to a blue cloth naval peaked cap, this cap is not in the normal WW2 kriegsmarine style, so possibly a civilian cap of the period.
WW2 Axis Forces Hungarian Steel Combat Helmet, well used example of the Hungarian M-38 steel combat helmet which has the remains of its combat paint finish to the shell. One side of the shell has the remains of a Waffen-SS helmet decal, this is possibly a later enhancement? Helmet has a leather chinstrap and WW2 style German liner with the remains of painted details to the rear skirt. Helmet is rusted and worn with pitting to the shell.
WW2 German Army Officers Dress Dagger with Hanging Straps and Portepee by Alcoso, dagger with white celluloid grip, attached to the grip is original officers dress portepee. Housed in its original scabbard. The blade is etched with presentation in gothic script to both sides of the blade, “Das Offiz Korps III/I Rgt 204” and “Zum 253. Hichenlaub 8.6.1943”. Dagger is accompanied by a pair of restored hanging straps. Dagger is sold as seen, we are not guaranteeing the originality of the presentation inscription on the blade.

Many super privately taken snapshot photographs showing life of a RAF serviceman in India during the late stages of WW2. Good images of airfield, various aircraft, nose art, comrades, local population, Indian women, street scenes and historical and popular attraction spots. Various items of ephemera to the rear of the album. Many good aircraft photographs. Over 200 photographs.
Interesting WW2 Embroidered Commemorative of Polish Airforce Interest, being a cloth panel with finely embroidered Polish operational pilots wing embroidered to the centre and the name of the pilot “Frank Jenzthicz”, around are embroidered names of other pilots, both Polish and allied nations. Appears to have been possibly unfinished, possibly casualty?

British Home Front Badge and Paperwork Archive Grouping to a Great Western Railway Worker, The archive has its roots in WW1, with the individual being a veteran of WW1. The bulk of the grouping is GWR related and starts in the early 1930’s. There are a number of rail union ‘subscription’ books all paid up in full until after the war. Other GWR related items are dining club tickets, staff association and employee members cards. There are some GWR residue transportation dockets and items related to employer insurance schemes. There are also two GWR WW2 rail service lapel badges attributable to the archive.....and a single uniform GWR cloth collar badge in red detail. The second half of the grouping relates to the individuals membership of the British Legion as an ex-serviceman. Two British Legion badges one in 9crt gold in its jewellers box of issue, and a later badge to the Royal British Legion. All this accompanied by two membership ties. The GWR cloth badge was in the box contains the gold BL badge to protect its obverse. A nice period in time archive showing long service to the railway and British Legion.
Birmingham City Police Helmet Plate, chrome plated helmet plate with period converted Kings Crown, two lug fittings to the reverse of the plate. Good dark patina; two kings crown Birmingham City Police cap badges with slider fittings; J Hudson & Co Metropolitan type whistle marked to Birmingham City Police; WW2 1939-45 War medal and Defence medal housed in box with label "6 Birmingham Sergt LESLIE A.J. GREEN". Generally all good condition.
Particularly Interesting WW2 Royal Navy Photograph Albums Showing Action in the Mediterranean and Action Against the Graf Spee, two well captioned photograph albums and other items belonging to Raymond Beverton. who, probably served as a Petty Officer. Images include Invasion of Crete, captured German photograph of paratroopers, Bombing of HMS Illustrious 1940. “SS Georgic bombed and set on fire at Port Tewfick 1941”, HMS Pheobe, near miss, Toranto aerial views of Italian Battleships damaged,, captured Italian submarine, damage in Tobruck 1942, more captured German photographs of German soldiers awaiting transport in Italian Destroyers to North Africa, many other Royal Naval ships named and photographed. Particularly striking images of HMS Defender disabled by mine and sinking with other vessels close by and sinking of HMS Barham. Also photographs of Malta and Gibraltar. It appears Beverton served on board HMS Ajax and a number of images are included together with scuttling of Graf Spee at the Battle of the River Plate. Note some Album pages are loose and a small number of images missing. Also his Naval Pay and Identity Book, Passport and good collection of cap tallies. In all a very good record of Naval service in the Second World War. C.200 photographs in all.

French Police M-26 Pattern Adrian Steel Helmet, good example of the black painted shell with original comb, painted badge to the centre and leather chinstrap. Interior of the helmet retains the original green paint finish and the leather liner system. Accompanied by a 1953 dated British MkIV steel helmet retaining its liner system and chinstrap; excellent museum quality reproduction WW2 British paratrooper training / Bunjee helmet with sorbo band and khaki canvas covering. Helmet has printed makers label with broad arrow and 1942 date. (3 items)

Evidence of a large medal ribbon bar once being present. Remains in generally good condition. Some scattered moth damage to the arms.
Large and Comprehensive Uniform Grouping for a Female Officer in the F.A.N.Y and Later Women’s Royal Army Corps (W.R.A.C), the set consists of the full officers green dress uniform for the WRAC with gilt metal buttons and collar badges. Green cloth skirt with name label to the inside. Officers special pattern dress cap with silver gilt officers kings crown cap badge, still housed in the original box of issue. Dress pattern shirts, shoes, handbag etc. Also accompanied by her battle dress uniform with insignia for the Women’s Transport Service F.A.N.Y and Women’s Royal Army Corps. WW2 period officers F.A.N.Y side cap with bronze cap badge, plus much more. Most items are named to the original owner, Captain D B D Lance W.R.A.C.

Accompanied by the dress skirt with inked name in the waist label; tropical battle dress blouse; WW2 ATS officers cap with bronze ATS cap badge. Tom Brown, Hannover Square tailors label to the interior; green shirt, brown leather shoes and removable collars also included. Most items with the owners ink name, “M L VAUGHAN”.

Gold with blue fleck braid to the collar and thin type shoulder straps with three small rank pips attached. Medal ribbons to the breast for WW1 and WW2 service. Interior pocket with Hamper & Fry, Cirencester tailors label having inked name “A J Holbrow Esq” and date 16.5.1939. Generally good condition.

Blackened rank pips to the shoulders. Printed South Western district formation sign to each arm. Officers regimental collar badges. Interior with a London and a Weston Super-Mare tailors labels. Good overall condition.
WW2 Battle Dress Blouse 14th / 20th Hussars Serving with 2nd Infantry Division, 1940 pattern blouse with open tailored collar, brass regimental shoulder titles, brass crossed Kukri battle honour badge and machine woven 2nd Infantry division cloth formation sign. Corporal rank chevrons to both arms. Interior with 1945 dated size label. Some wear but generally still good condition.
WW1 German Officers Binoculars Case, being a blackened wooden case with the instruction label to the interior lid. Paper cloth attachment to the rear and belt loops. Accompanied by a pair of German blackened brass frame binoculars by OIGEE Berlin, stamped “DF 03 Dienstglas Nr5335”. The binoculars case is attached to a WW2 period officers leather claw belt with silvered buckle. Binoculars optics clear just a bit dirty.
WW2 German Luftwaffe M-35 Double Decal Steel Combat Helmet, untouched example still retaining much of the early light blue paint finish to the exterior and interior of the shell. Helmet is complete with approximately 70% of its early droop tail pattern Luftwaffe helmet decal and about 30% of the national tri-colour decal. Interior of the helmet retains its original brown leather liner. Shell is stamped “ET64” and “4118”. Overall this is a good untouched example of an early double decal steel combat helmet.
WW2 German M-42 Pattern Steel Combat Helmet, good example of a untouched non-decaled steel combat helmet retaining nearly all of its original combat paint finish to the exterior and interior of the shell. Original leather liner to the interior. Shell is stamped “NS62” and “D356”. Overall a good untouched example.
WW2 German M-42 Pattern Steel Combat Helmet, good example of an original M-42 pattern raw edge steel combat helmet which shows clear evidence of two decals being removed at one time, indicating possible issue to a German SS-Police unit. Helmet retains the original leather liner system to the interior and brown leather chinstrap. Shell shows remains of batch stamping to the interior rear skirt but this is not clear. Overall a good example.
