Royal Lancastrian vase with all over abstract decoration on two-tone blue ground, monogrammed, backstamp to the underside, shape no. 3022, 20cm high.CONDITION REPORT: Has very minor crazing to the rim. Very minor loss to the rim also. Looking through a glass there are areas of crazing, surface marks and colour fading to the body, base and rim. More obvious crazing to the underside.

A Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian lustre vase by W S Mycock, of swelling form decorated with exotic birds and flowering branches, impressed and monogrammed, height 32cm (some glaze crazing and discolouration to neck and rim; small faint hairline to rim) There is a hairline crack which does run from the neck of one eagle curving down as far as its tail feathers, approx 9cm. Also some cracks ? in base, see photos.

Some small chips to the rim and underside of the base. Firing has been successful however one knight motif is much more visible than the other which is a bit murky.
