A Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian lustre glazed vase by Gordon Forsyth The short neck issuing twin loop handles, each side similarly decorated in red and silver lustre with a heraldic crest and unicorn between friezes of stylised trees and leafage with geometric borders, the neck inscribed, all on a shaded yellow to green ground with impressed mark and numbered 2662, with painted artist's monogram and antelope, date code for 1909. 23 cms high. CONDITION REPORTS: Some crazing, some glaze wear, overall good.
