A small quantity of mixed ceramics comprising a Pilkington Royal Lancastrian squat baluster vase in mottled orange with impressed mark to base and “E.T.R”, height 18cm, a Brannam Pottery tapering blue vase with fluted rim with impressed CH Brannam Barum Devon to base and “C.T.”, height 17cm, a Doulton Lambeth cylindrical flagon, height 14cm and a Doulton Lambeth miniature jug and miniature beaker (5). CONDITION REPORT: Brannam vase has a firing flaw to the interior. Doulton Lambeth flagon has a nibble to the shoulder and a few nibbles to the lower edge, firing flaws and bubbles. Miniature jug has a chip to the spout. Miniature beaker has a chip to the rim with a piece missing.

A Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian lustre vase by Gordon Forsyth, the sides decorated with a repeated pattern of a Turkish horseman and heraldic forms below latin verse 'NIL SINE TE ME PROSVNT HONORES' on green and cream ground, height 11cm, diam. 15cm. Condition - good, no chips, cracks nor any restoration, minor wear to lustre, minor scratches to interior and crazing only.
An early 20th century Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian lustre vase decorated by Richard Joyce with fish amongst seaweed, with Richard Joyce monogram with crown indicating 1919 to base, impressed shape mark "3051", and impressed Royal Lancastrian England mark, height 33cm. CONDITION REPORT: Chip to glaze on the base rim, tiny chip to the inner of the base rim and firing flaw, causing it to be slightly wobbly, there is a 3.5cm very fine hairline crack near the bottom, but it doesn't reach the foot. This is probably a glaze crack. Otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
Gordon M Forsyth (1879-1953), Wymondham Abbey, watercolour, signed, 36cm x 48cm, framed Note: a resident of Stoke on Trent, Gordon Mitchell Forsyth is best known for his ceramic designs, in particular for his lustre wares for Pilkington, Royal Lancastrian. In 1934 he was also commissioned to be an artist for the British Art in Industry Exhibition at Harrods, producing both ceramic and glass.
