Mycock, painted with red grapes and silver-green lustre vines, on a yellow to green graduated ground, impressed mark and model number 2800, silver lustre monogram above a small drawing of a galleon ship, 22cm high, cover damaged***CONDITION REPORT***Jar structurally good; minor wear to silver lustre, not serious. Along with a smaller rounded vase, with textured mixed blue glaze, with circular rose mark to base. Approx. 19.5cm high. Further Details: Slight chip to foot rim to larger one, general wear to both.
Pilkington's Royal Lancastrian - A grey mottled glazed footed bowl, no. 2829, impressed marks to base. Approx. 10cm high x 19cm wide. Along with a smaller bowl, in textured like pale green, impressed marks to base, and signed JB for John Brannan. Approx. 6.2cm high x 13.8cm wide. Further Details: Both in good condition.
Selection of ceramics Consisting of: Gordon M Forsyth for Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian vase, decorated with foliage, painted and impressed marks to the base, 13.5cm, a Mary Rich (1940-2022) small studio pottery vase with flared rim, impressed mark to the footrim, 12cm high, and a further studio pottery vase with indistinct signature to the base, 11cm high (3) All with overall wear and marks. All with glaze faults. The Lancastrian vase has hairline cracks in the glaze, not damage, but a glaze fault due to firing.
